Ms. Elliott is excited to continue her passion—teaching middle school band—as she joins the team at Moseley Middle School. She is entering her third year of teaching and brings with her a strong foundation in woodwind pedagogy and student development.

A dedicated oboist, Ms. Elliott will be teaching the clarinets, flutes, double reeds, and concert band this year. In her first two years of teaching, her ensembles earned consecutive UIL Sweepstakes awards, a reflection of her commitment to student growth and musical excellence.

Ms. Elliott earned her Bachelor of Music Education from Texas Tech University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in December 2023. While at Texas Tech, she was a recipient of the Presidential Music Scholarship and an active member of Tau Beta Sigma. She performed with the Texas Tech Double Reed Ensemble at the 2020 TMEA Convention and was involved in both front ensemble for marching season and indoor drumline. She also marched Drum Corps International in 2019 and 2020, further enriching her performance experience.

She was honored with the Collegiate Music Educator Award and the Future Music Educator Award in 2023, and was named Teacher of the Month in January 2025.

Ms. Elliott lives in Little Elm with her fiancé, Matt, and their dog, Presley.
